Cancellation and EU Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the European Union, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To withdraw or cancel, notify us within that 14-day period at betterbasketballbootcamp@gmail.com or through your customer account, including your order number.

We will issue your refund within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, to your original payment method. Our standard return window is 30 days from delivery, and free size swaps are available within 30 days of delivery. You can also request returns and cancellations through your customer account.
