Returns & Exchanges

Every item in our store is printed/made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

We will make it right if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the wrong item, size, or color
• Your order never arrives

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at betterbasketballbootcamp@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will replace the item or refund you — your choice.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Email betterbasketballbootcamp@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged/wrong item. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout, email us and we will track it down with our fulfillment partner. If the package is confirmed lost, we will resend or refund you.

Free Size Swaps

Wrong size? We swap it free. Email betterbasketballbootcamp@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need, and we will send the right size at no cost to you. No need to ship the original back — keep it or pass it on.

Return Shipping

You do not need to ship anything back to us. For defective or wrong items, a photo is enough — keep or donate the item.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

EU Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the European Union, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To withdraw, notify us within that 14-day period at betterbasketballbootcamp@gmail.com or through your customer account, including your order number.

We will issue your refund within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, to your original payment method. Our standard return window is 30 days from delivery, and free size swaps are available within 30 days of delivery.
