Shipping policy
Every item is made to order just for you. Please allow 1–2 business days for production before your order ships.
Domestic (United States):
- Standard delivery: 4–6 business days. Flat $8.00 rate, shown before you pay — no surprises.
- Express delivery: 2–3 business days. Flat $15.00 rate.
- FREE standard shipping on all orders over $70.00.
International (236 countries):
- Standard shipping is a flat $24.99 USD rate to every country we serve — and standard shipping is FREE worldwide on all orders over $70.00, same as in the US.
- Delivery typically takes 5–20 business days after production, depending on the destination (a few destinations can take up to 30 business days). Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay, in your own currency.
- Duties and taxes: we do not collect VAT or import duties at checkout. If your country charges VAT or import duties on incoming goods, your local carrier may collect them from you on delivery — those charges are set by your country, not by us.
Every piece is printed to order by our fulfillment partners in the United States and Europe, and ships from the facility that produces it. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
